These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Tradie App websites, software, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and account use
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Pilot access and service availability
My Tradie App may be provided as a controlled pilot. Features may change, and access may be limited, paused, or removed as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Services.
- Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Upload harmful code, malware, or data that infringes third-party rights.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and use that data to provide and improve the Services, including backup, support, and security operations.
5. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services (excluding your data) remain with My Tradie App and its licensors. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Fees and payments
If paid plans are offered, applicable pricing, billing terms, and taxes will be provided separately. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
7. Third-party services
The Services may include or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or terms, and your use of those services is at your own risk.
8. Warranties disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Tradie App is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Services, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
